At Ppyoyan Dental Clinic, Hye-jin’s staff tells her the first patient is already here. Hye-jin attends to the patient and is surpise to see the older woman from the elevator this morning. The older woman, who is also surpised, says that she thought she is working at a company, instead of being a dentist. Hye-jin smiles and proceeds with the X-ray treatment to accommodate her.

After the session, the patient thanks Hye-jin that the treatment is not expensive since her daughter will pay for it and will not do it if it was so. Then she bids her good bye. Hye-jin sees one of the dental staffs unpacking magazines, sits down beside her and tells her that the shoe on the cover magazine has been on her online shopping cart waiting for a promo code discount to be checked-out.

The chief dentist calls out Hye-jin. Back in the office, she reviews the chart and tells Hye-jin that she should have given implants instead of cavity treatments, Knowing this is exploitation, Hye-jin defends herself saying that it is her patient and she has the right to plan her treatment the way she deem fit. In the next few days, Hye-jin is informed that she is no longer in charge of the patient. She barges into the chief dentist’s office and tells her everything in her mind when the chief dentist provoked her – ripping off patients. She then walks out from the office leaving for good.

That night, she goes out to drink with a friend and bought herself the expensive pair of shoes which she really like and she writes a post on community about her chief dentist while drunk. In the morning, she sees a text message from her chief dentist saying she will make sure she will never get a job again and gets frustrated when she could not remember her account pasword to delete her post. On her way back to Seoul, the chief doctor gives her a call and tells her that Hye-jin should kneel down in front of her so she can get back her job. Hye-rin says she does not need to apply for a clinic, instead, she can open one herself and drops the call. Very pissed off, Hye-jin finds herself taking a u-turn back to Gongji and decides to open her own clinic there.
