Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, or the literal translation “Seaside Village Cha-Cha-Cha” in Korean, is a remake of 2004 South Korean movie “Mr. Hong.”

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha: Story Plot
According to AsianWiki, this is a love story set in the seaside village of Gongjin.
Yoon Hye-Jin (played by Shin Min-A) works as a dentist. She is mostly a realist, but due to her rightfulness, which is only a tiny part of her mind, her life changes. She ends up moving to the seaside village of Gongjin. There, Yoon Hye-Jin meets Hong Du-Sik (played by Kim Sun-Ho). She becomes curious about him. Hong Du-Sik is called Chief Hong by the local residents. He is a handsome and smart man. Officially, he is unemployed, but he always seems busy. If somebody needs help, Hong Du-Sik is the first one to appear and provide help.

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha: Casts
Shin Min-A will be playing Yoon Hye-Jin, a dentist who moved from Seoul to Gongjin seaside village. She is well-known for her role as the Gumiho on My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox drama and won several awards for Oh My Venus drama including Excellent Actress.
Kim Sun-Ho will be playing Hong Du-Sik, a handsome, smart but unemployed man who gives help to anybody who needs it. He is well-known on his role as Han Ji-Pyeong on Start-Up tvN drama.

According to Soompi, the upcoming drama will premiere on August 28 at 9pm K.S.T. It will be available on Netflix soon as well.
